Notes to Remember
Once you open the templates in your Canva account, you can click on “notes” to see any important notes I have made about how to personalize the file.
Designs are locked to position (which means you can edit the wording or photo but not the design) so that you can’t accidentally reformat a page. If you need an unlocked versions because you want to do major edits, just let me know and I can send it to you unlocked.
To print the completed documents, click on the template link, it will open in your Canva account. Click share in the upper right corner, select “download” and choose the format you wish to use. If you plan to send to a printer you will want either the printable pdf or PNG. If using a professional printer ask is they want a pdf with crop marks and bleed. That is an option when you choose printable PDF.

Can be used with or without agent photo and contact info. This template will be updated the last week of each month to be used for the following month. When using this template in a single column email in Prime Agent, please select "large" in the Prime Agent editor for best formatting. If you choose to use the template with the agent photo, be sure to update your photo and contact details. If you share it via email or prime agent broadcasts, you need to make sure you give it a hyperlink to a pdf if you want the shareable links to work. If you share just. jpg it will not be clickable.
